Design
You know, Redmi Buds 3 are the first wireless earbuds from the Redmi brand with a semi-in-ear design. It is one of the main features of these TWS earbuds.

I couldn’t find information about the chip of the new wireless earbuds Redmi Buds 3 Lite. As for Redmi Buds 3, they have Qualcomm 3040 chip with aptX support. I have already tested the sound quality of these earbuds, and it is very good.
The Chinese manufacturer promises low latency in games for Redmi Buds 3 Lite. I cannot check it now, because I don’t have these earbuds yet, but I have tested Redmi Buds 3, and they are really good for games.
Finally, let’s talk about the battery of Redmi earbuds. As I already said, Redmi Buds 3 Lite has a more compact charging case, so their total battery life of them is about 18 hours. The playtime on a single charge is 5 hours.
Talking about Redmi Buds 3, they have 20 hours of total battery life with a charging case, but the playtime on a single charge is the same 5 hours.
By the way, both of them have USB Type-C charging port.
Price
So, I think you will agree with me that Redmi Buds 3 are better than Redmi Buds 3 Lite because they have a 12mm driver, Qualcomm chip with adaptive aptX support, and longer battery life.
However, the price of Redmi Buds 3 is almost twice as high as Redmi Buds 3 Lite. You can buy them for $30 on Aliexpress, while the Lite version is $18.
