SHARDOR Air Purifier REVIEW: It Also Has Air Quality Monitor!

Today, we have the review of the new air purifier from SHARDOR. The device has a model name XLDAP360B. We haven’t tested air purifiers on our site yet, but I think it will be interesting.

The new air purifier has a very beautiful design, a Medical Grade HEPA 13 filter to remove up to 99.97% of smoke, dust, pollen, pets hairs, etc., 4 speeds, and a touch screen.

By the way, the SHARDOR air purifier has intelligent purification. It can adjust the speed and clean the air based on air quality. There are four Air Quality indicators, which gives real-time air quality feedback.

Unboxing

The air purifier comes in this box.

There is all information about the device on the box, such as design, main features, and specifications.

Inside the box, there is a user manual, power cable, and air purifier itself. The HEPA filter is already inside the air purifier.

Do not forget to remove the filter from the package before using.

Design

Design is one of the main features of the SHARDOR air purifier. The air purifier is made of black plastic. It looks very nice. Do you agree?

On the top, there is the control panel and holes for blowing clean air.

On the bottom, there are holes for taking dirty air.

The basic principle of operation is the following: the device takes dirty air through the holes at the bottom, passes it through HEPA 13 filter, and blows out the clean air from the holes at the top. It is simple but very effective!

HEPA13 Filter

As you understand, the filter is at the bottom. To remove it, you need to turn the handle and open the lid. The filter has 3 layers.

The first one is the pre-filter. It captures hair, fibers, and pet fur.

The second filter is True HEPA. It is the main filter that captures 99.97% of particles, such as allergens and pollen.

The last one is an activated carbon filter. It removes the smoke, cooking smell, bacteria, and viruses.

The manufacturer recommends changing the filter every 6-8 months.

By the way, there are different filters available from SHARDOR. You can choose a filter to clean allergies and dust, or another filter to clean mold, bacteria, and a musty environment. There is also a filter to clean high air pollution and smoke. All of them are available on Amazon.

Air Quality Indicator

As I already said, the new air purifier from SHARDOR not only cleans the air but also analyzes its quality. There is an air quality monitor on the side. The red light means that the air quality is poor, the purple light means the air quality is normal, the green light – the air is good, and the blue light – the air quality is excellent.

OK, now let’s take a look at the control panel.

Control Panel

The control panel has five touch buttons: power on/off, wind speed adjustment, child lock, filter reset, and timing adjustment.

As you understand, the first button is to power on/off.

You can tap on the speed button to choose the mode from low, high, auto, and sleep.

Tap and hold for 3 seconds the child lock button to lock or unlock the display.

Finally, you can touch the timing icon to choose the time to power off the air purifier: 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours.

Noise Level

Now the device is off, and the noise level in my room is about 24 dB.

I turned on the air purifier at low speed, and the noise level is 27 dB.

The noise level at high speed is 36 dB.

The maximum noise level in sleep mode is only 42 dB.

Conclusion

You know, I have been using this air purifier for only two days, so it is hard for me to say how well it cleans the air. I will try to do another article about this device in a couple of months.

However, I really like that the SHARDOR Air purifier has a built-in air quality monitor. It also has the latest HEPA13 filter, and you can even customize the filter for your needs: to clean the dust, allergies, bacteria, or smoke.

I think the air purifier is a must-have device for every home, especially if you live in the city.
